VC DATAGUARD Online Backup Server Edition (SE) is a secure, automated backup system that intelligently backups critical data to secure, fully mirrored, offsite storage platforms in separate locations, ensuring that data is safe, secure and is available anytime, anywhere via the WebAccess interface.

VC DATAGUARD Online Backup Server Edition is available for the following operating systems:

The Server Edition, runs as a service, thus operating as a background application which, when combined with the open file management plugins, provides a secure, and fully automated server backup solution.

• All data is compressed in transit and storage, further minimising transfer times and network loads.
• Byte-level patch incremental backups means only changed parts of files are backed up and not the whole file.
• Built-in version control to allow for recovery to previous file states.

• Local Snapshot capability, eliminating initial transfer restrictions.
• Disconnections are resumed from the last byte sent - no need to resend partially transferred files.
